Refund policy

Shipping Policy Processing Time: 
Orders typically ship within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
 Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days, while expedited options take 1–3 business days.

International Shipping: Specify which countries you ship to, noting that customers are responsible for custom fees and import duties.

Order Tracking: A tracking number is emailed/WhatsApp or SMS to the customer once the shipping label is created.

Return & Refund Policy Return Window: 

Customers have 7 days from the delivered date to initiate a return.

Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Final sale items (like clearance or personalized goods) cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:  Customer pays for return shipping if item was not damaged or rejected. 

Refund Processing: Once the return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
